On Monday, November 6, 2023, Ms. Rachelson will co-present on the opening day of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits’ Conference on Essentials of Multiemployer Trust Fund Administration in Santa Monica, addressing the “Legal and Regulatory Environment” for both pension and health plans, and providing an overview of plan governing documents, certain reporting and disclosure requirements, fiduciary responsibility, collections and the multiemployer fund as an employer. Ms. Rachelson and her co-speaker will also present “Overview of Insurance for Funds, Trustees and Administrators” reviewing ERISA’s bonding requirements, fiduciary insurance coverage, limitations and exclusions and other insurance coverage for funds.
