Richard Seltzer was elected as Co-Chair of the Senior Fellows Committee of the American College of Bankruptcy (“ACB”) at the ACB’s Annual Meeting In San Antonio in March, 2026. He also serves as a coordinator of the ACB’s Distinguished Law Student Program in the Second Circuit. He was elected as a fellow of the ACB in 2013. He is the only full-time union-side labor lawyer to have been elected as a fellow of the ACB.
