Melissa S. Woods will serve as Moderator at the New York State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section Seminar titled “Labor of Love: Challenges and Triumphs of the Black Labor Lawyer”.

On February 24, 2022, Melissa Woods will serve as a moderator at the New York State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section seminar. This seminar will celebrate the significant contributions of Black Attorneys in the area of labor and employment law. It will also spotlight Black Attorneys practicing in the area of labor and employment law and how their practices have positively impacted Black Lives in New York State. Hear their stories and discover how these lawyers have applied their craft and used their influence to continue to pave the way for a more equitable and just workplace.
