Kate M. Swearengen presents at the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law 11th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference in Washington, D.C.

Kate M. Swearengen will present at the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law 11th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference on November 11, 2017 in Washington, D.C.  Ms. Swearengen will participate in a panel on “Trends in NLRA Remedies.”  The program will address a number of recent National Labor Relations Board cases, such as King Soopers, Pacific Beach Hotel and Columbia College, provide an update on current trends in National Labor Relations Act remedial issues, and discuss what to expect in the coming years.
