CWS partner Richard M Seltzer, a senior fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy (“ACB”), will participate as one of the Second Circuit’s “Legends of Bankruptcy” at an ACB event on November 20, 2025. Seltzer was elected as an ACB fellow in 2013 and is the only full-time, union side labor lawyer who has been elected as a fellow. He is a coordinator of the ACB’s Distinguished Law Student Program in the Second Circuit.
