Ross Pollack Presents at the ABA’s Inaugural “ERISA: Beyond the Basics” Conference

On May 7, 2024, Ross Pollack will participate in a panel titled “Health Plan Design and Compliance Issues Involving Gender-Affirming Care after Bostock v. Clayton County” at the American Bar Association’s “ERISA: Beyond the Basics” conference, to be held virtually.  In recent years, there has been an increase in the demand for group health plans to cover gender-affirmation benefits. The panel will discuss health plan coverage for gender-affirming care after the U.S. Supreme Court’s June 2020 decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, focusing on plan design and compliance issues.
