On February 7, 2026, Ms. Dunlap will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Mental Health Parity: The Latest in Litigation and Avoiding It” at the ABA’s Labor and Employment Law’s Employee Benefits Committee Mid-Winter meeting in Austin, Texas. This panel will discuss recent litigation trends and shifts in mental health parity litigation. Panelists will discuss the types of claims and legal arguments they are seeing, as well as the actions they hope plans have taken to avoid parity claims.
