Samuel Hull joined the firm in January 2025. He represents labor unions in litigation, before the National Labor Relations Board, and with respect to internal governance issues. Before joining the firm, Mr. Hull served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard R. Clifton in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He was also a Law Fellow at Altshuler Berzon LLP, where he litigated employee class actions and labor cases in state and federal court. Mr. Hull graduated from Yale Law School in 2022. During law school, he served as a Features & Book Reviews Editor of the Yale Law Journal and as a member of the Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic, where he helped organize rideshare drivers and litigated discrimination and wage theft claims in federal court. He was also involved in efforts to organize Yale graduate workers under Local 33, UNITE HERE. He interned at the Legal Aid Society of New York and the union-side firm Weinberg, Roger and Rosenfeld. Mr. Hull graduated from McGill University with First Class Honours in economics and history, along with a minor in mathematics. Before attending law school, he conducted economic research at Canada’s central bank. |
