Jeff Wang joined the firm in October 2023. He represents labor unions in litigation, before the National Labor Relations Board, and in bankruptcy proceedings.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Wang served as a law clerk for the Honorable Florence Y. Pan in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He was also a summer associate at Bredhoff & Kaiser PLLC and a Peggy Browning Fellow at the Communications Workers of America.
Mr. Wang graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2022. During his studies, he served as a Senior Editor of the Michigan Law Review, as co-chair of the school’s National Lawyers Guild chapter, and on the organizing committee of the Graduate Employees’ Organization, American Federation of Teachers Local 3550.
Mr. Wang graduated with general honors from the University of Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in English and mathematics. Before attending law school, he worked as a bellhop, union research intern, communications associate, and delivery driver.
