Hilary Wesenberg joined the firm in June 2025 and practices in the area of employee benefits. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wesenberg was an associate at a boutique New York law firm where she practiced in the labor and employee benefits areas. During law school she interned at that same firm as well as the National Advertising Initiative in public policy where she researched data privacy legislation and tracking technologies. Ms. Wesenberg graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2022 with a Certificate in Intellectual Property, Media, and Information Law. Ms. Wesenberg graduated from The Ohio State University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Creative Writing. Before attending law school, she worked for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company in a variety of roles in Underwriting, Acquisitions, and Information Risk Management. |

Hilary is in three book clubs (she likes to read), she often starts knitting projects with a fifty percent chance she’ll finish them before she starts a new one, and she will watch sports when forced. She lives with her husband and their two cats, Harry and Sally, who are shamelessly named after the couple’s favorite film.

Union Family
Hilary is originally from Wisconsin where, yes, it is indeed cold, but her extended family is even cooler with their long-term membership and support of Unions. While they are enjoying retirement now, they were once members of and held various positions (she even has a former President in the family!) at the following Unions: Brewery Workers UAW Local 9, International Union of Operating Engineers Local 139, Oshkosh Area School District Non-Teaching Employees Association, United Auto Workers Local 578, and Wisconsin Education Association Council.
