Susan Davis appointed Union and Employee Co-Chair of the Committee on Practice and Procedure under the NLRA for the American Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Section

Susan Davis was appointed Union and Employee Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Section’s Committee on Practice and Procedure under the NLRA, effective in mid-August 2013 for a three-year term. The Committee on Practice and Procedure under the NLRA focuses on procedural issues in the administration and enforcement of the National Labor Relations Act, including union representation elections and unfair labor practice procedures and works closely with the Members, General Counsel, and staff of the National Labor Relations Board.
