Susan Davis will be speaking on a panel at the semi-annual meeting of the Second Circuit of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers on November 12, 2014. The panel will address procedural and substantive hot issues under the National Labor Relations Act. The meeting, which is being co-sponsored by the American Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Section’s NLRB Practice & Procedure Committee, will be held at the offices of Seyfarth Shaw, 620 Eighth Avenue (between 40th and 41st Streets,) from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
