Susan Davis will participate in a panel titled Reviewing the Past Four Years and Contemplating the Next Four at the 39th Annual Robert Fuchs Labor Law Conference: After November: Anticipating and Adapting at Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA on October 18, 2012. The panel will discuss developments at the NLRB and the DOL that have most significantly affected the practice of labor and employment and conditions in the workplace, and what should be anticipated at the NLRB and the DOL based upon the outcome of the 2012 Presidential election.
