Student Law Clerk – Spring 2025

Cohen, Weiss and Simon LLP is looking for a student Law Clerk to join our team for the spring semester in 2025. Applications should be current law school students with strong research and writing skills.  Coursework in labor, employment, and/or employee benefits law is preferred.  Experience working with labor unions, union-affiliated employee benefit plans, and individual workers and journal and/or moot court experience are a plus. Compensation is $30/hour.
