Stephen B. Moldof speaks at a conference on Airline and Railroad Labor and Employment Law: A Comprehensive Analysis in Washington DC

Stephen B. Moldof will speak at an American Law Institute- Continuing Legal Education conference on Airline and Railroad Labor and Employment Law: A Comprehensive Analysis in Washington, DC on April 10-12, 2014. Mr. Moldof is also a planning chair for the conference. The conference will disciuss emerging issues affecting airline and railroad labor relations.

Mr. Moldof will be participating in panels on Introduction to Labor Relations in the Airline and Railroad Industries; The Status Quo, Strikes, Intermittent Work Stoppages, Picketing, Unilateral Action, and Impasse Procedures; International Labor and Employment Issues: International Conflicts and Affiliations, Mergers, and Consolidations.  A copy of his paper can be found here.
