Stephen B. Moldof participates on panels at the 2019 ALI-CLE Airline and Railroad Labor and Employment Law Conference in Washington, DC

September 27-28, 2018

Stephen B. Moldof will be the co-planning chair and a speaker on multiple panels (including lead roles on the “International Labor and Employment Issues: International Conflicts” and “Introduction to the RLA, Representation, and Elections” programs) at the 2018 ALI-CLE Airline and Railroad Labor and Employment Law conference in Washington, D.C. on Sept. 27-28, 2018.  The conference will include presentations by the Chairs of the National Labor Relations Board and the National Mediation Board (NMB), staff of the NMB, and in-house and outside counsel representing labor and management.
