On March 1, 2021, Ms. Woods will participate in a panel on Harassment/Discriminatory Conduct and Legal Ethics at the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law, Committee on Development of the Law under the NLRA’s 2021 Virtual Midwinter Meeting.  The panel will discuss the possibility of interpreting harassing and/or discriminatory conduct related to the practice of law as an ethics violation under ABA Model Rule 8.4(g).  Please click here if you would like to register.
