Melissa S. Woods Presents on Gender Discrimination in the 2020’s Workplace at the Practicing Law Institute (PLI) Employment Discrimination Law and Litigation 2021 Program

On June 14, 2021, Melissa S. Woods will present at the PLI’s Employment Discrimination Law and Litigation 2021 Program.  Ms. Woods will participate in a panel on Gender Discrimination in the 2020’s Workplace.  The panel will discuss how #MeToo and #TimesUp have influenced sexual harassment law and workplaces generally; what Covid-19 taught us about protections for women in the workplace; whether the landscape for gender claims changing; the impact of U.S. Soccer and other pay equity cases; whether AI will have an impact on gender discrimination claims; and whether AI is influenced by gender and the related workplace legal implications.
