Melissa S. Woods presents at Global Sport Matters Live on the topic of Legal Action and Individual NFL Franchises

March 2, 2021

On March 2, 2021, Melissa S. Woods will participate in a panel on Legal Action and Individual NFL Franchises at Global Sport Matters Live, presented by Global Sport Institute and the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.  The panel will discuss how to further improve progress in hiring since the latest research findings from the Global Sports Institute show that the Rooney Rule has not had the intended impact nearly 20 years later, and the feasibility, desirability, and viability of legal action against National Football League franchises for discrimination in the hiring of head coaches.  For more information, see   https://globalsportmatters.com/events/2021/02/16/legalactionandnflowners/
