Lisa M. Gomez will appear on a panel presentation on a webinar/teleconference on Compliance Issues for Welfare and Qualified Plans after Windsor for the American Bar Association’s Joint Committee on Employee Benefits on February 27, 2014. The presentation will review and discuss the U.S. Supreme Court’s Windsor decision striking down the Defense of Marriage Act’s federal definition of marriage, and offers insight on post-Windsor changes to ERISA-governed welfare and pension plans.
