Lisa will appear on a panel presentation titled 408(b)(2) Rules: How Are You Doing? at the 60th Annual Employee Benefits Conference sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in Boston, MA, which will be held from October 12-16, 2014. The presentation will address ERISA Section 408(b)(2) and the regulations and guidance issued as well as the approaches plans are taking to comply with the requirements She will also appear on a panel presentation titled Ask the Attorneys. Jani will appear on a panel presentation titled Roles and Responsibilities of Trustee Appointing Bodies. The presentation will address the fiduciary obligation of the appointing authority, appointment and termination, and the role of professional trustees.
