Joseph Vitale presents in a webinar on Ethics in Collective Bargaining at the FMCS National Labor-Management Conference on August 18

Joseph Vitale will participate as the labor representative on a panel entitled Don’t Lie to Me: Ethics, Honesty & Collective Bargaining at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service’s National Labor-Management Conference on August 18.  The panel will address the ethical rules that apply to attorneys engaged in collective bargaining for their clients.  The entire conference will be virtual and has courses both August 18 and 19.  Please click here if you would like to register.
