Jani K. Rachelson and  Lisa M. Gomez will present at sessions at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans’ 63rd Annual Employee Benefits Conference on October 22-25, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV. Ms. Rachelson will participate in a panel on “Suspension of Benefits under Multiemployer Pension Reform Act (MPRA)” that discusses regulatory clarifications, an update on pension suspension applications, the reasons for the rejections and the future outlook. Ms. Gomez will present on “Trending Legal Issues in Health Plan Design” discussing transgender benefits, coverage for autism, prescription drug benefit design and mental health parity issues.
