Rachelson will appear on panels for sessions on Withdrawal Liability – An Overview and Current Withdrawal Liability Issues, which will discuss what trustees and employers need to know about withdrawal liability, how to define, estimate and identify withdrawals and various other issues regarding withdrawal liability.

Lisa M. Gomez will present a session on Same-Sex Spouses and Domestic Partners – Benefit Issues in the 21st Century, which will review the status of applicable federal and state laws related to same-sex unions and discuss taxation and other issues for health and benefit plans with respect to same-sex couples.
