Jani K. Rachelson and Lisa M. Gomez appear at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans 61st Annual Employee Benefits Conference in Honolulu, HI

Jani K. Rachelson and Lisa M. Gomez will appear on presentations at the at the 61st Annual Employee Benefits Conference sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in Honolulu, HI, which will be held from November 8-11, 2015.  Jani will present a workshop on Managing or Maintaining Grandfathered Plans. The workshop will review what plans can and cannot do to maintain grandfathered status under the Affordable Care Act. Jani is also appearing on a panel presentation on Ask the Attorneys, which offers participants the opportunity to ask employee benefits attorneys about different issues.  Lisa will appear on a panel presentation titled Withdrawal Liability Basics.  This presentation will address the basic provisions and rules of withdrawal liability, different allocation methods, special industry rules, rehab plan issues and collection issues.
