Law Clerk
The firm seeks law students to work as Law Clerks for the summer or on a part-time basis during the school year. Applicants should be 2L or 3Ls with strong research and writing skills. Coursework in Labor Law and/or ERISA is preferred. Union, journal and/or moot court experience is a plus. Paralegal
The firm has an immediate need for recent college graduates to work as Paralegals. Applicants should have a college degree with superior academic credentials and organizational skills. Successful candidates will assist attorneys primarily with the litigation of claims for employee benefits and health and retirement plan contributions, including collection on judgments. Tasks will include the drafting of pleadings, management of case files, corporate investigatory work, and assistance in discovery process.
