Cohen, Weiss and Simon LLP and Catholic Migration Services file a class and collective action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York against the Royal Coach Diner.

On July 27, 2015, Cohen, Weiss and Simon LLP, together with Catholic Migration Services, filed a class and collective action lawsuit against the Royal Coach Diner, a restaurant in the Bronx, New York.  The action is brought on behalf of the waiters, bussers, dishwashers, and counter-servers at the Diner.  The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and is captioned Sanchez v. Paxos, 15-cv-5880 (CM)(HBP).  The complaint alleges numerous violations of federal and New York law, including that the Diner failed to pay its employees legally-required minimum or overtime wages.
